The Chain Swordplant always puts its best foot forward in your foreground or midground planting. With bright light and a sandy gravel substrate to give the roots a foothold, it will quickly form a light green carpet in your tank.

This little gem can get anemic. If the leaves turn yellow, add iron. CO2 fertilization will create a thick, carpet in short order.
