There are real animals in this Aquarium, and there are a lot of them from a lot of different ecosystems, including freshwater stingrays from the rainforest and thousands of fish, sharks and turtles in the Ocean Realm. If you still don’t believe your eyes, you can touch a stingray to make sure it’s real at Touch-A-Ray Bay.

There are more fish in the Aquarium than there are people living in the entire town on Gatlinburg, Tennessee, where the Aquarium is located.

Kids with sleuth skills can become a Shark Scene Investigator for the day, using what they learn to solve a shark mystery. They can also spend the night sleeping next to the shark tank to learn even more about the huge animals.
