Seafoods (from fishmonger; chopped or minced)
- Green Shrimp (table shrimp)
- Prawns
- Crabs
- Scallops
- Squid
Marine fish flesh:
- Sole, mahi-mahi, Pacific cod, halibut, pollock, others (preferably white-fleshed).
Not recommended (too oily): salmon, bluefish, mackerel, herring.
