[edit] Under the Sea

Located on the Galician coast of the Atlantic Ocean near the historic lighthouse Torre de Hercules, the Aquarium specializes in local Galician ecosystems. It is home to seals, octopus, sharks, eagle rays and groupers that swim in a submerged tank-room, which is meant to revive Jules Verne’s dream in “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.”

[edit] Swim to the Music

In Nemo’s study, 50 species of fish swim in time to music composed for the exhibit. Get all your questions about oceanography, geology, aquaculture and sail traditions answered at 60 interactive modules inside Maremagnum.
