[edit] Wales Largest Marine Aquarium

On the shores of the Menai Strait, built atop an old oyster hatchery, this Aquarium is dedicated to showcasing the sealife that lives on the coast of Wales and the UK. With over 150 species, the Sea Zoo’s exhibits re-create the habitats of the fauna and flora found around Anglesey and the North Wales coastline.

[edit] Exhibit Highlights

Admire spineless wonders in the Bone Free Zone; peer at a shipwreck and walk over the shark pool to the open ocean tank. Peek into the underwater camera for a view of the Fish Forest.

[edit] Conservation

The Sea Zoo works to incorporate conservation efforts to preserve the local marine environment.
