Aaron Norman is considered by many to be the dean of aquarium fish portrait photographers, having captured thousands of species images that exemplify natural settings, characteristic poses, accurate colors, and the behavioral traits of his subjects.
As a lifelong wildlife photographer, he is an inveterate tropical explorer and is credited as a model for the Indiana Jones movie character. A onetime Penthouse photographer, he was involved in the launch of Omni Magazine OMNI/Wikipedia, the highly acclaimed magazine of "science fact and science fiction."
